Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand behind what we sell. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return the item within the following guidelines.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with some exceptions as noted below. All returns are to be accompanied by the original sales receipt and be in the original packaging with original tags and labels. Returned items must be unused and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a re-stocking fee for products returned that do not meet our return standards.  No return of sale or clearance items.
 
We do not accept returns of the following products:  furniture, pillows, mattresses, mattress pads, comforters and mattress toppers. No return of other bedding items that have been removed from the original packaging. No return of sale or clearance items.  

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are returning a product or products for which you paid no shipping charges we will refund you the price of the product less the actual shipping costs that we incurred in shipping the product to you.   If you are returning a product or products for which you paid only a portion of the actual shipping charges we will refund you the price of the product less the difference between the actual shipping costs and the amount you paid.  We do not guarantee personal tolerance of our products nor do the manufacturers of the products.
