The 7" Savvy Rest natural latex Tranquility mattress is made of two 3" pieces of all natural latex.  This is a basic mattress and is a good choice for someone who wants a firm dense feel in a mattress. 

You choose the firmness levels of the nature latex cores - any combination of soft, medium or firm and like the Serenity mattress, the combination can be different on each side in a queen or king mattress.
